*We do not accept early check-ins or late check-outs.
Check In: At 4 PM
Check Out: At 11:00 AM

Pet Policy:
We do allow well mannered pets that will not chase
our horses.
We do charge a small pet fee of $25.00 for cleaning.

Cancellation Policy:
DEPOSIT (1/2 of full amount non-refundable) is due upon
booking.

THIS DEPOSIT Will not be refunded for any reason.
If you cancel less 7 days of your arriving time the full
amount will be billed to your Credit Card.
